Joyce E. Smith, 67, Olathe, Kansas, passed away Feb 28, 2013. Private services will be held, with burial at Olathe Memorial Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of nearly 47 years, Harold B. Smith, her three children, Brian C. Smith and his wife Rhonda , Julie L. Kleier and her husband John, and Blake A. Smith and his wife Jessica, as well as three grandchildren, Cole, Madison, and Sophia, her sister Judy Chesney and her husband Danny, and brother Steve Nelson and his wife Becky.
